Disgusted with National Security accounts department

Very disgusted with National Security accounts department (Vanderbijlpark) , They keep deducting money from my account with without my permission. When you contact them they rude as well, I will definitely not be renewing my contract with them when it expires. I've tried to make payment arrangements with them but it seems like they are just money grabbers who have no remorse.
