Disgusted

O rating would be more fitting. I complain on a monthly basis about this Security company who took over from Apcan Security. The service is beyond a joke. 20 minutes to respond to an alarm then they come to the gate and wait for it to be opened. They have entry keys but do not use it. BY the time they arrive ******s are long gone. Our lives are at risk yet we pay inflated fees. There guards are useless. One sits in the car on his phone (personal call) whilst the second guard searches the property. 1 walk around the house and that is it. They do not respond to complaints and just does not care. I intend going to the media about their disgusting service
