Disappointment with National Security Company

We have been customers of National Security for approximately 26 years. This company starting as BBR then Chubb and now National Security. To try and get service from this company or make contact with a person to deal with a problem is absolutely impossible. We have made 5 calls to them this morning and still not able to speak to anyone. I would not recommend them as a security company to anyone. There are many other companies in our area, Little Falls, who are extremely competent and very visual. Assisting with people who are not even registered with them. Shame on you National Security, in these times with so many people losing their jobs one would think as a company they would be more accessible.
