DELIBERATE OVERCHARGE
Good day <br> <br> I am extremely unhappy with the service Chubb provided on the 08/12/2015,when they came to my house to fix one sensor and contact on the sliding door.<br> The technician came to my house at 12h20 and only completed this small job at 15h35. Unacceptable to extend hours of work deliberately and i refuse to pay for 3 Hours. I need the cost to be at least half.<br> To add insult to injury i called this morning to speak to Estelle and she blatantly avoided my calls. i ask to speak to their finance department and they answer the phone but nobody is on the other line to help instead i had to listen to lots of vulgarity in the background and laughter.<br> Please help this very unhappy customer
