DEBIT ORDERS TAKEN YEAR AFTER CANCELATION

I had a account with Chubb, I sold my house, <br> I send a CXD letter 11/03/2015 - one month notice was for April 2015. Billing was never stop from the Branch. The new owners did sign up Chubb DOB***.<br> <br> After that I was billed and not even the right amounts, it was extra amounts over monthly amounts, debit orders each month of my account, the more I reverse and stop the debit order the more they just take on different dates and under different amounts, so the bank cant stop the payments. <br> <br> This month on the 19th - they took a debit order of R686.74. for no reason. I have emailed them, called them (MORE THAN 10 TIMES) and every time they promise it won't happen again and that they will refund me all they owe me from the debit orders and not take any more debit orders.<br> <br> On 17 December 2015 Van Wyk, Bianca sent a mail to Wongalethu, Jona and CC me in that said that I should be refunded R2603.01! And that they should stop the debit orders on this account. Nothing has become of this.<br> <br> With the Debits for Dec,Jan and now it must be close to R4000.00 I am owed now. I also want to be paid back the interest on that money that was taken *******ly. 48h then I get legal advic
