Debit orders dispute and Bad Service

I wish I had read the reviews here before I signed up with National Security & Fire.

They deduct money from my account willy nilly and at their discretion I had excessive call outs in May and June They charged for excessive call outs but then continued to charge thereafter (July, August and now October). In August, I reported the inaccurate charges and was promised for 2 months by Mr Peter Dalgleish that a refund is imminent and forthcoming. Every day seemed to be some or other excuses.

Last week: 1. Desney Wiliams informed me that there is no pending refund as Peter has promised for 2 months there would be. So Mr Peter Dalgleish had **** to me all along (since beginning August)

2. Desney Wiliams told me that there will be no refund

3. The debit order for 1 October was larger than the subscription amount (who knows why)

Save yourself time, money and frustration. My advice is to search for a more reputable company. start with comparing reviews here on hellopeter. I wish I did.
