Debit order cancellation struggle

Going through a difficult process just to cancel Chubb security now known as "National Security" . have sent numerous communication and talked to their employee and then a supervisor. They can't simply cancel a debit order. They keep on deducting while i have not had their service for teo months now. Their response time to an alarm is close to nonexistent. Terrible terrible service. Will have to engage with the bank to stop the debit order. Have no choice but to go this way. The employees are not helpful. They argue with you much more than they assist you. Its a struggle yo cancel a service.
