****** acting like a company.

About 2 to 3 months ago an agent from National security knocked at my door and told me about their special. I told them I wasn't interested in the service but he asked for my details and like an idiot I gave them to him. About a month later I received a debit order from National security which I reversed. They called and asked why I had done so and I explained that I wasn't one of their customers and had not received any service from them. They told me the fee was for uninstalling their system. I told them that no system was ever installed or uninstalled so why was I being billed for a service I didn't receive. They said they would remove my details from their system but today I received a call from a debt collector saying I have been blacklisted. I called National security but they don't have a record of me on their system and their accounts department's telephone system are down so no one could assist. How can a company claim a service they didn't perform and then proceed to blacklist you without communicating with you. This is by far the worst service ever and even if I wanted a system I wouldn't use their service. They are just ************ who want money for nothing and don't even do proper follow up with customers. This company needs to be shut down. This is just unacceptable. I'm taking legal action. They can't keep playing with people's lives.
