Contract Cancellation - Disappointed

I am really ****ed and angry with National Security, I have called them and I have sent them email to cancel my contract and cancel debit order from my account as we have sold the house. That was in February this year when we requested and I see they have been deducting the monthly payment for a house we have sold. Can someone please help me in this regards.
