completely pathetic and useless

this is absolute *******, we were just broken into and have made our own perimeter search and drove around to find the ***** BEFORE you've even arrive!!!!! then i am standing outside looking at my gate and you dare call me a lier telling me "i am at the gate" and i can clearly see nothing. you are absolutely disgusting, we pay for a SERVICE not to create jobs. this is the second time national security and fire are both late and lie to me saying you at my gate. "keeping your family safe"?!!!! what trash!!! you don't do anything! what am i PAYING you for if i have to do my own search and drive myself?! i do not feel the slightest bit safe using you. to say the least you guys are plain useless and just pathetic.
