Complaint unresolved

Hello Peter <br> <br> I have sent my complaint last year september regarding non respond. everytime when i call chubb they seem not to have a record of my complaints and i have to o gave them expalin again. i gave them the reference number that i was given on this site i was told that chubb doesnt have referrences for complaints. there is still no one attending my complaints. I have cancelled my subscription on october but to my suprise no one has come to collect the arial and they are still debiting monthly subscription.
