Complaint on debit orders n services

Good day i am from Newcastle kzn n i will like to put my complain out here because the services from national sucks i mean i laid a complain about my phone app plus the alarm n it took them months to sort out the issue.also they deduct extra money yet the statement they send is a lower price but at the end of tge month they take out twice tye amount without even notifying you about the charges.plus they just increas your fees without notifying us the sales reps are also useless in this town only wanta sales they dont even explain how the system works etc.this company is useless n i will cancel n get another security provider.
