COMPLAINT: CHUBB

I emailed Chubb requesting a quotation and emailed Danielle Tarbuck who arranged same.<br> <br> Eventually after some time, there was arranged with one Jannie to come to the house to give a quotation. I immediately signed a contract with him. It was agreed that the alarm system would be installed as soon as possible. My fiance took two days (on separate occasions) leave and came all the way from Rustenburg where he waited the whole day, after which Chubb never came to our house to install the system.<br> <br> After the second time when Chubb did not pitch for the installation, and after various conversations with Jannie from Chubb, my fiance told Jannie that we cancel the contract with Chubb as the service is obviously very poor - that to date they did not even contact us with regards to the installation.<br> <br> So after the contract having been CANCELLED, Chubb debited an amount of R634.70 from my account. I requested the bank to reverse the amount. I emailed Danielle Tarbuck confirming what has happened. Yesterday an amount of R388.95 was debited from my account.<br> <br> Today I once again tried to phone Chubb and emailed them, with no response.<br> <br> To date hereof, no system was ever installed.
