Chubb/National - useless service

My domestic partner died and I tried to move my account from his name to mine. What a complete ********** It's three months later and I am still being billed for a service that no longer exists and is not being provided to my dead partner. I am with another company now but am struggling to get Chubb/ National to sort out their own admin disaster. Not something one needs during bereavement. Single women stay away from this so-called security company. You're not protected and will be endlessly messed around.
