Chubb You Are Useless

One thing I hate is when the smiley faced rep offers the world and the end result is the opposite. Chubb via Dave Sweeney installed an alarm system around 12k, alarm triggers continuously the technician comes here makes arb comments like paper blowing is setting of the alarm etc, end result is no alarm activation for the last three weeks as you spend the night awake with alarm activations, we were promised a lock for our gate which Chubb would supply so the guards could come in - no lock, also charged me for additional panic button remotes still havnt recieved them ?? Wake up Chubb !!!!
