Chubb up up and away

Not really a free system right?</span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Empty promises that's what I call it. Since the day it was installed I was promised a LCD keypad and instead I've got an LED keypad. I was promised a pet friendly system and instead I've got a normal system.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> </span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">No costs were explained and I only found that out with the first debit order. The only payment that was explained was the monthly subscription on a free system :-D and the installation fee. </span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Now the keypad issue the reason I've asked for an LCD keypad is so that I can see what I am doing on the system. The technician have replaced the normal PIR's with pet friendly PIR's. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">The keypad is still giving me endless problems and the technical department is on a go slow. I'm waiting three weeks already for them to come and fix the keypad. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Another problem had popped up on Sunday the 13th of November the alarm started malfunctioning. On Monday the 14th of November I've contacted head offices to resolve the problem. They promised me they would contact me back. Since Sunday my alarm is disconnected from the power source and my security at risk. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">We are now at Thursday and I'm still waiting for a call back. Like I said before empty promises.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I would like if you would please come and remove your system from my property or I will remove it myself and drop it off at the nearest Chubb office.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I will not pay any money further for the system nor will I pay any money that is behind on the system. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I will not recommend Chubb to anyone for the following reasons:</p> <p style="color: #555555;">1. Breach of Contract (For no proper services received)</p> <p style="color: #555555;">2. Empty promises (Pet friendly system and then you get the opposite)</p> <p style="color: #555555;">3. A free system no more rentals ( No free system contract of 36 months)</p> <p style="color: #555555;">4. Make a call and wait till dooms day for a call back.</p>
