Chubb still failing to cancel my contract

<p>In October 2014 my radio was not detected by Chubb office in mafikeng they notified me and sent a technician and also confirmed that am still under warranty since it was within the first year of contract . The technician came and after he gave me an invoice saying I have to pay him cash and I refused and told him am still under warranty . Since then Chubb continued to inclu the R470 in my statement and I ignored it . I further went to the branch and spoke to the colored lady who promised the matter will be resolved since there is account office in head office and their office . In January 2016 I wanted to cancel my contract but was told I had signed 36 months contract which I was not aware off and my contract expire at the end of October 2017. I waited for that time whole heartedly. October I wrote a letter and sent to chub mafikeng and head office to cancel my contract since it's ended but it was not cancelled and Chubb continued to debit in November and December 2017 until I went and reversed the December amount and canceling the debit order at my bank . </p> <p>Got a call from a lady from nudebt told he my story and sent her email of my letter she didn't respond in march 2017 I got a call from zanele shezi telling me about unpaid accounts told he my story to this day I have never heard from her even after I have sent my emails . </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Can anyone please help me ... I have been a good paying customer for 3 years even paying the service fees which I was not aware of when I agreed to sighn the contract but nevertheless I comp**** . Chubb company I want out am enough with the service thank you </p> <p> </p>
