Chubb *****ing our money

John from Chubb installed an Alarm on 30th September 2015. After 36 months it would belong to us and installments should have stopped on 30th September 2017 but they are still taking money from our Debit Order. So I need them to pay back the year 2018 and January and February 2019. It is impossible to phone them as nobody answers and the contract is so illegitimate one cannot read it.
