Chubb staff is useless. My dog can do a better job.

Chubb has suspended my service because according to them I did not pay the first 2 months of my alarm account. Where as I know I deposited the money at FNB Cape Gate. This was more then 2 years ago and not once have I missed a payment. So I've been paying them every month and I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. I spoke to a lady in there account section by the name of Bernadette 3 months ago and she said she would look into it and that was the last I heard now I call just to find my account is still suspended. So how long has my account really been suspended and for how long am I paying for a service I did not receive.
