Chubb security, waste of time and money.

I have a contract with Chubb, an alarm. it doesn't work. nobody comes out to my residence if i press the panic button. i have complained with them numerous times... broken promises are all i get. they keep promising to send someone out, I've been waiting. its more than a year, i'm tired of complaining... all my alarm system is good for is making a great amount of noise (or do i have a misunderstanding of what armed response means)...<br> I've made contact, many times. i have phoned many times. many times apointments have been made but yet, nobody got to my place. but come month end, Chubb grabs the money, undeserved money they take from me. but from their end??? no results.<br> no results, i never even see them patroling my neighborhood. <br> but they are quick to call me about promos, yet again if i start to complain, Chubb doesn't care. no fair.<br> this is lousy and very unprofessional. i demand compensation. i demand action.
