Chubb security Pretoria

We have a Chubb monitoring system installed and keep on having problems with it which technicians are unwilling or unable to resolve. <br> - First there was wires that had to be fixed. <br> - Then they replaced the radio. <br> - Then the battery was replaced. <br> - Then a diode<br> - Then a bigger battery was installed<br> - Now our panic buttons are not working. Last week we had an incident where we needed armed reaction. When we pushed the button nothing happened.<br> - The opening and closing signals were not working<br> - One of the numbers which we asked to send sms's to is not receiving them<br> - There was a camera system installed that worked for a few weeks and then broke down<br> - The alarm keeps on malfunctioning and going off at random times. <br> - We have had technicians at our premises 5 times. <br> - The guy they send seems incapable of solving the problem. I asked the technical person last week to send someone else to try to solve the problem. - Today the same person came back. When i confronted him about being unable to solve the problem and coming back 5 times he turned around and walked out of the shop. <br> <br> Poor service...
