Chubb Security is Useless

We are Fed up with Chubb Security in Paulshof. We moved to Chubb Security from Savika Security. Apparently chub and imvula have an arrangement to work together. This reason we moved is because Savika didnt respond to us or to our alarm going off. We are now having the same problem with Chubb Security and Imvula Security. Our alarm has gone off 4 times this month and we have not got 1 phone call from them nor have we had a response vehicle arrive to see if we are ok. For all they care we could of been ******. Cleaned out and killed. And no one would knw untill its too late. We are fed up with their disgusting service. Yes we are cancelling and moving to another Security company that cares. Chubb and Imvula should be closed down. I am pretty sure that their security are the ones that are robbing the houses in the area. That is why they are not responding.
