Chubb Security- A Big NO NO NO!!!

My house was broken in to yesterday where plenty of stuff was taken. The alarm went off "twice" yet Chubb said "everything was okey" .TKN SECURITY-(who apparently is subcontracting from Chubb) was on site but only did a front view check of my property,Instead of checking the entire perimeter as they have the key to enter the property. Had that been done,they would have noticed my bedroom window and burglar guard had been broken! Chubb refuses to man up and except responsibility!!! To make matters worse they refused to send a security to watch over my already burgald home. The alarm system was trashed by the intruders,Chubb also refuses to send a technician,free of charge My Family and I are not feeling safe at all yet we paying for security and protection,Which we not getting!!!
