Disappointed CHUBB Security<br> CHUBB Alarms, the branch responsible for Mindalore, Ext 1, Krugersdorp, has been such a disappointment with their reaction to emergency calls.<br> On Sunday 15 March 2015 our alarm went off at 4am and the response contact period was 10 min, with the reaction car another 10 minutes, doing us a favour by relaxing in their car in front of the house not really attending to immediate area (our house). Considering having 2 babies in the house, this could have been fatal. Their arrogance is alarming and their 'no service' approach is unacceptable. In this harsh and dangerous times this company is NOT to be recommended to attend to your well being. <br>
