Chubb Fire and Security Sales Representative Andre van der Walt refers.

I have an old Chubb Firemaster system installed in a museum and am looking to upgrade/fix. I was informed this system is no longer supported (for the past 30 years) and that I will have to implement a whole new solution. I reminded Andre that I have an EXCO meeting today (11/9/17) numerous times. I am still awaiting the quote and this non-performance reflects bad on me as person as well as our drive for legal compliance. I need to know who the competitors are as I need to work with companies who do not treat me like a "nothing". If the sales person can be diciplined and corrected then I am willing to deal with a senior manager only from hereon forth.
