Chubb performs ******* bank transactions

Wendy Janse van Rensburg from Chubb is failing to respond to questions raised concerning an unauthorized transaction - taking money from our account without informing us and without our authority (the debit order was cancelled a year ago).

Chubb ignores to respond to the following questions:
o What does it mean to Chubb if a contract and debit order is cancelled?
o Does it mean that if a debit order is cancelled no money is allowed to be withdrawn anymore?
o Does it mean the Debit authorization stays unlimited open?
o According to what law is Chubb giving themselves permission to use cancelled debit orders?
Instead of Chubb addressing the problems/issues raised to them and resolving it in a diplomatic and professional manner to build customer relationships and move forward, Chubb bluntly ignores questions and tries to justify an unauthorized transaction and ignores its own faults. This ******** behaviour resulted that we cancelled work orders with Chubb which results that they even lose business by this such short sighted behaviour. It seems Chubb doesn't care at all about integrity and losing business - it seems that Wendy Janse van Rensburg does not represent interest of ChubB
