Chubb one of the worst security companies

<p>Over 8 months ago I cancelled our chubb service via email. The manager still phoned me and asked can they not send out a technicion (to fix the system which was not working from the start) and I told her i am not interested. As i already phone monthly for the 1st year to get it fixed and then every couple of months, so now over 4 years later the system is still not working proberly and only because i am cancelling they want to fix it. Well i wasnt buying that and told her to cancel with immediate effect. Now I phone and ask why is it not cancelled, just to be told they never received it. THIS after they phoned me to try and keep the business???</p> <p>Been phoning for over 1 month now (since I picked up that we were still being debited by Chubb) and they keep telling me the manager Ronny will phone me back. Well after about 20 calls and no call back it seems to me they do not know what the hell they are doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away from Chubb........</p>
