Chubb Not Responding To Alarm or Emergency

My alarm went off this morning due to a burglary I was contacted but not at premises I arrived at premises and CHUBB RESPONSE was not the intrudes were there I immediately phoned for backup and hit the panic button still no response I eventually had to leave to find help Chubb only arrived a hour later Chubb Don't give a hoot about there customers
