Chubb not honest

I have a problem with chubb from 2014 and last year I thought it was finally going to be resolved as they canceled the hideous bill they charged me and promised to fix their alarm since 15 August 2017 I'm still waiting for the alarm that's was put in my roof to be removed as it is compromizing the safety of my house if ******* come through the roof now I'm told to pay for the removal, why should I pay for an alarm you put in my roof and out of service alarm set since August Andrew and Andre promised to send some to rectify now I'm told I must pay.
