Chubb not helpful

I have been trying to get hold of someone at Chubb to no avail as there is an alarm going off by 97 Oak Avenue primrose East and the owner is no were to be found there is a board up of chubb security can you please inform your client that his alarm has been going off since Sunday last week nonstop we can not sleep we need to work and go to school, get this sorted out asap
