Chubb national security has failed me

Good day everyone reading this. I have never before named or shamed a business. But I just decided that chubb does not worry, nor give me any answers to any of my phone calls or emails. Always just were attending to you're query, and will get back to you as soon as possible. Ok here's my story: on 22nd of September 2018 . I have activated my chubb alarm the morning about 8:30. My son (4) and me left the house to go to the national air show at swartzkop with my friend Leandri. We came back that night about 20h,and I've decided it's so late , my son and i will just sleep over at Leandri's house. Next morning of 23rd of sept, left my son at Leandri's house to go to my house to get clean clothes for us. As it is a friends of us birth day party. I live about 8 min away from Leandri. As I arrived at my house,opened up and on my way to deactivate the alarm in my room. The moment I stepped into the living room I've noticed the TV was gone. I immediately ran for my keys and struggle to unlock the gate to get outside. By now the alarm gives you 40 sec to de activate. As I stood by the gate ,so scared the alarm finally went off and chubb phoned me. I told them there was a break in by my house. Security came out and I waited for him by the gate. We proceeded into the house and punch in the alarm code. The security guard opened up my sons bed room door and we've noticed that they have broken through his bedroom window. I said to the security guard I just quickly want to activate the alarm again and want him to step out of my sons room into the hall way. As there was a sensor. The moment he stepped out of the room into the hallway the alarm was triggered. I immediately said to him how was it possible for them to break in and gone through 4 zones with out the alarm being activated.after police was at my house and statements were taken etc. I've gotten an 2nd security company to do a event log on the box up in my room in the cupboard. That have shown me that the morning of 23rd of September 2018 at 4:10 the morning they broke into my house and returned 7:08 again. They were in my house until 7:30 and I arrived that morning at 7:35. Weve missed each other by 5 min... my husband is working abroad ,so it's just my son and me alone in the house. I have asked chubb numerous times how was this possible. Nearly R60 000 worth of stuff has been ****** out of my house. And all chubb can do is, we will have a look into this and come back as soon as possible to you. Well it's been 4 months and still no awnser. In the mean while I have cancelled my service with chubb and moved to another security company. According to Chubb's event log my alarm was activated 28 days ago.. so chubb sent out a technician finally to also do a event log, and it just showed what I already known. That my alarm was activated, and it shows the different zones they have passed through my house. The insurance did pay out some of the goods. But how many times at night have I activated my alarm, and not knowing that any one could have come into my house and do what ever they wanted with me and my son, because my alarm would not have been activated. We have spent much more than the amount they have ****** to upgrade the security in my house. I am so scared at nights, and always think of what could have happened if I were to be 5 min earlier at my house. Or slept that night at my house and my son in his bedroom.. I am furious and want awnser, but chubb does not worry to explain how this was possible. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you for taking the time to read my long story.
