Chubb National Security and Fire keep us reliable for premiums after cancelled in January 2019

Please never make use of Chubb National Security an Fire. I cancelled my policy December 2018 after being with them for 5 years. In January the Witbank MP branch (which is our branch) sent me an email to notify that they can only cancel the service and debit order end of February 2019. Never was that done and they kept phoning me and keep on deducting premiums wich i have reverse everytime. After several emails to different departments, and after they handed us over for outstanding premiums because the service was never cancelled they actually sent me a letter that there is outstanding premiums and they even charged me for yearly radio levies aswell. Please never even try to make use of them they do not ever cancel the servince even though i gave back the radio box end of February 2019 already. I have all the several emails for proof that they busy to sort the situation but still keep us reliable for premiums in the meantime.
