Chubb lies and cheat and sends letter of demands

<p>It all started in 2014 Januay an agent came to me and he wanted to install a security alarm and I refused he then offered to pay the R500 installation for me if I take the contract the agents name is Ole after discussions with my husband we decided we needed the alarm and we well pay ourselves cause the agent looked stress due to lack of sales causes he even put Chubb signage outside my house wall even though I didn't have alarm and came everyday to ask, I didn't even have a fence to secure my newly built house so we decided to install. He sent a guy to come do installation in February or so 2014 then after the guy worked the whole day in my house the alarm kept sending panic signals to Chubb every 5mins and Chubb kept on calling me so the installer finally said he is done fixing it but the calls kept on coming in so I called the installer n he sent an sms which I still have saying the alarm is faulty and will return to install a new 1 the following day as Ole didn't even give him the contract he thought I have it, i didnt have the contract he filled it in half n left due to emergency and said he will finish it up and send it back to me till this day I haven't seen the contract so the guy never returned ever again calls kept coming in and Ole came after a day or 2 and saw what was happening and when the calls kept coming in he said I must stop say I didn't press the alarm cos if I'm really in need help since I live in a high burglary area they would assume is just the faulty alarm n i would be in danger he left and came back with a step ladder and a box and said he was once a technician and he is authorised to fix botched up work as the original technician refused to come and he doesn't want me to suffer because of the constant calls and knocking of the patrol guards when ever I avoided the calls he went up my roof and he said it was the battery it was faulty and since the calls stopped coming in I believed him little did I know he just disconnected the panic buttons and didn't fix anything now the alarm started sending signals of there is an intruder in the house when I rush home there is no sign of break in and at times it will refuse to take pin code n alarm will ring for hours until ******* noticed I have an alarm problem then the break ins started intruders will come in the house alarm doesn't even ring I called him and another security alarm company n they told him alarm is not installed to standard he said the other company is jealous and said he is fixing it again which was a lie again until I called chubb and I was told I'm not even paying my account my account is bouncing I told them I gave Ole payslip for account debit details and he did the filling of forms n i don't even have copy of contract to confirm if details he filled in are correct as my house is free standing i don't really recieve mail, I told them I had alarm checked while Ole was present and insist on a proffetional to be sent which is now 2015 February i had a intruders in my house and chubb sent an independent technician with ole to my house I told the guy no job is to be done with out him writing down what was going on on a Chubb job card he went to the roof and came back with ole and they started fighting he told ole the alarm is as good as not being there and the money they agreed on with Chubb is little Ole called his boss and after some hours and both arguing they agreed on a price for him to start installation from scratch as wrong rip cords where used I even took photos the alarm key pad was never set properly it was taking new codes but never the 1 I set and that's when he told me panic buttons where disconnected and I clarified that Ole is the only person who has being fixing all the problems he confessed he disconnected the panic alarm and he then told me about lianda he even used my phone and i insisted he tells lianda about his transgressions and I listened as he confessed to the finance lady lianda cause did clearify i won't pay Chubb cause I was equivalent to not having any alarm system and he spoke to lianda and they said the debt will be cancelled and a new contract will be signed as the alarm was now even making sounds I never new it must like ticking when exiting and making a beep after 1min in stay mode the new guy showed me how it works then Ole boss caled and insulted me and even sent an insulting email even though i tell him i have evidence he said you "****en lying" I called to explain how I'm treated nothing happened but but my alarm was now fine a took pictures and sent it to chubb but until today no contract signed I called numerous times even in 2016 and I have telkom bills to show I have been doing follow up until now I see letter of demands on my emails and they are the wrong party i have all evidence with me</p>
