Chubb is milking me

<p>Whilst I was using Chubb on a month to month basis in November 2014,I tested the alarm system as I was going to be away for the weekend.I contacted Chubb and a technician was sent to assess the system.He told me that the transformer had to be replaced at a cost to me of about R3000.00.He told me that he could give me a transformer that he had in his vehicle for R1600.00.My insurance company sent a company to assess the system and they found no fault with the transformer and that it was the radio that needed to be replaced.I immediately cancellede the contract with Chubb as It appeared that they condoned the irregular behavior of their technician.Chubb is now hounding me for two years for the removal of the faulty radio.</p>
