Chubb Ineffective Service

I've never had such a bad service from a Security Company:<br> <br> 1. Before signing up with Chubb, I was with ADT, who only had monitoring for my area, Chubb came and offered the same amount as ADT, but for both monitoring and armed response.<br> <br> 2. The armed response only became available upon reaching their quota, which they didn't reach. However the armed response did arrive, but of no assistance. I say this because, when my alarm goes off, I arrive at my house from work (which is about 20kms away) even before the said armed response.<br> <br> 3. Now without any communication, the armed response is no longer available.<br> <br> 4. My alarm is always going off, and when i get home, there's no alarm. They've even called me whilst i'm sleeping in my bed, telling me that my alarm is going off.<br> <br> 5. Their technicians come and check the system, and everything seems to be okay, and yet the same problems persist.<br> <br> 6. What irritates me is that I'm charged a technician's call out fee for a problem that they cannot solve.<br> <br> 7. I'm really tempted to cancel this contract, but I've signed for a 3 year contract for monitoring and armed response, but am only getting monitoring, since the armed response is no more.
