Chubb ignores invoice request for security services delivered to company

<p>We have been experiencing bad services from Chubb account department for services delivered to our company Sonometric Inspection. We request the invoices for the security services to be email to us before the end of the month, the request was sent on the 04/10/2016 with no reply. The 4/11/2016 we sent a complaint to the same email addresses but cc'd to the customer care department, got a automatic responce but no reply since then and now resent the same complaint the 15/11/2016. We are still waiting for a reponce.</p>
