Chubb do not want my money

I have been with Chubb for over 10 years. I decided to cancel my contract and put it in my mothers name Sylvia Strydom. (name change only, everything else stayed the same) The rep Corrie Van Niekerk came to the house and did the new contract as said he would cancell the existing one. As per contract R399 would be deducted every month starting 1 March 2015 plus a yearly communication fee of R232. Then March you took R539-52. Then in May Zanele called to say bank returning.(This is because Corrie made 3 errors in bank account number, copying from previous account) I asked her to sort it out and come back to me. This is not happening. Cecilie called me 19/6 and said she would fix - nothing. What is going on. Who is the manager there? I have sent e-mails o Zanele, George Koster, Andrew Worthington, Riaan Hunter, Sahron Singh, Candice Stedders, Donny Reddy, Estelle Vrey Corrie and Cecillie, even chubb assist (REF STR 0325-493) Now next July payment is due. I want to pay over R2000 but need to sort account out first. Pathetic feedback.
