Chubb bills more than contractually agreed

I was with security company A when Chubb knocked on my door to sell me their contract. It was agreed that Chubb would 1) cancel my existing contract and 2) equal the current monthly premium I had with company A. This was agreed to in writing.
When I checked my bank statement I noticed that Chubb not only billed me R245.70 more than what was agreed but also that debit order with security company A was still running because the contract I had with them was never cancelled as the sale person promised would be the case.

I now personally cancelled the existing contract with company A only to be informed that due to me having to give a month's notice another premium would still be collected. The end result would be that I have to pay for 2x security companies for two months. I wish I had never entered into a contract with CHUBB.
