Chubb are not what they say they are

I recently went over to Chubb from Top Security. The reason why I joined Chub was the fact that most of my neighbours are using Chubb and I thought it would be wise to belong to someone who patrols the area frequently. <br> I am sorry I did. I have had endless problems in getting the technical division to come and repair my alarm system. They promise to come and attend to the alarm but never contact a person or arrive to repair the system. I was assured on signing then contract that Chubb had a reliable repair center should an alarm system give trouble. Obviously not .
