Cbubb George a bunch of ******!!

<p>I bought a property in 2015 who had an existing Chubb system and contract. The system was not functioning correctly and we did not know how to use it. I expressed interest to taking it over. A rep named Rudi Goosen came to see me and I agreed to a new contract but requested Chubb to activate the alarm, customize and demonstrate it to us. Rudi promised that a technician will soon attend to it. After a couple of days and more phone calls a technician came to the house to do the activation/customization and demonstration. He slapped us with a R800 bill!! I was unhappy but paid it. I then contacted Rudi and disputed the bill as the alarm was never activated and demonstrated to us. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO USE IT? He rep**** that he is off sick and said he passed the matter on. Nothing happened and I again tried to resolve it with no success. I had to pay the monthly sub without having a functioning system for 2 months. I paid it and gave notice to end the contract. I got the confirmation of contract termination with notice period from Karen Buys, Chubb. I was then told to pay for Chubb R350 to remove the Radio and Antenna. Furious, I took the radio and antenna to Chubb. Despite this I kept receiving invoices by sms although there was no alarm system or contract. I kept on replying that I do not have an contract with Chubb. Nobody from Chubb phoned or try to resolve it. Now, more than a year later and many phone calls from my side I am harassed, threatened and constantly sms'ed and emailed by a company called Nudebt for a R577 amount which I have proof of that came after contract end (including notice period). I phoned Chubb again last week and explained the problem to Lynne Rosemann and emailed her the proof of termination, she confirmed receiving it and promised to sort it out. Again, nothing resolved!! What a bunch of ******!!!</p>
