Car Accident

On the 20th Jan 2016, I got in the car accident with Chubb's driver by the name of AM Makoaba who crashed to a Kia Sportage on the right lane then swerved to the left lane and eventually bumped me. <br> His manager Ian Palmer who arrived on the scene advised that we go to police station and make a statements because the person responsible for the accident was Kia driver who suddenly stopped without indicating. So, Ian Palmer assured me that the matter will be handled by their insurance since its chubb's car that bumped me. Now all these guys from chubb ( Ian Palmer, Elize Le Roux) are giving me a run around, and its freaking irritating because I have sent them my quote and all required documents including photos of the accident but no one is giving feedback about fixing the car after sending countless emails.<br> <br> Its now over a month and ten days since the car has been damaged and non of these people are willing to do anything. I have deciding to take the matter to court because no one is taking me serious \maybe its because I'm African, I'm a joke\". So, lets just \"phuck\" each other up since I've been \"phucked\" by you guys for over a month and let the law take its course."
