Cant cancel membership
I have sent in numerous written requests to cancel my chubb account....but they are still billing. Even had a lady phone us about fees- Louise Ungerer.. When we explained to her that we sent in numerous mails for cancllation, she ask to send her the proof-which we did...but still chubb is billing us.
