Cannot get banking details chaged since Oct
Trying to get banking details changed since October last year. Advised to send an email to request this. Nothing has been done. Send numerous reminders since, NOTHING. Trying to phone them is like hitting a brick wall. Have been transferred from one person to the next 7 times this morning. Stay away from these people. Their customer service is non existent.
