Call National Security - if you want to wait even when you are ordering more services...

Ive been a customer of Chubb and National Security for many a year now.

Installation and quotation has always been bad but now its at another level. After sales support by the security team is what keeps me with them ... for now.

In Sept/October 2018 National Security installed a camera system in my home. A week after installation the power bank shut down. It took me the entire Nov, Dec, Jan, to beg for them to fix it. They finally came not on the day that was scheduled and also not on the time - as scheduled by Koert Du Toit (Who was highly upset at me for asking their Head Office to resolve the matter in January)

I write this note whilst still waiting for camera system to be connected to the internet as per my original request during installation... Ive also asked another quotation for batteries over and above the ones i have ... but still nothing. Im sure Koert will give me an anger call shortly...

Im sure if their competitor calls me today ill move...
