Call centre issue

My alarm has been triggered twice by accident and nobody gave me a call to confirm, or came out to my premises to investigate. I have been calling Chubb on several different numbers and have been put through to multiple people to have my alarm tested for the last week without any success! Can someone PLEASE give me a call as I am tired of calling and speaking to several people with nobody able to give me an answer, or being cut off constantly! I am paying a substantial monthly fee for your services and can't afford having a break in here without anybody in your company even being aware of it!
