Chubb Bloemfontein is doing so bad ,that they go your house even if your alarm did not go off so they can bill you for a call out fee ... <br> And it takes 3 months and still waiting for a refund ,I have spoken to the branch manager but it is just promise left and right .<br> People do yourself a favour and stay away from Chubb ....<br> <br> <br> Good day sir,<br> <br> I've received feedback from Mr. Jan Louw regarding the credit and refund for ex responses billed.<br> The paperwork will be done on branch level and will be sent to head office for processing.
