burglared with armed alarm,no customer service

on Monday 22/6/2015 I arrived home to discover my house was broken into, but the alarmed was still armed. I disarmed the alarm and then pushed the panic button. A guard was dispatched and I informed him of the burglary. My husband informed him that he needs to speak to a supervisor. He later arrived with the supervisor. They tested the alarm and confirmed that it was in a working order. We waited more that 15 min for the call centre to phone after the supervisor sounded the alarm- the excuse of the call centre was load shedding!!<br> the supervisor requested that I complete a complaint form and was promised that the issue would be address the very next day. I did not receive any feedback. I phoned Chubb on 26/6 only to be informed that there is no trace of my complaint!! Vincent Mamasanya promised to investigate the issue and give me feedback by Monday morning. I am still waiting. My question is now- why am I paying Chubb a monthly fee if my processions are not protected? Is this the way that all customers are treated? Who is now going to take responsibility to replace my possessions that was ******? I was under the impression that we are protected by a company that cares????
