Bunch of useless

Like to rate this business a naught. First they dont get the cancellation email then they dont even notice that the radio has been disconnected. We could have been ****** fand ****ed for all they care. Now fighting to get a refund. Cannot get the right person on the line. No one knows who does the repayments. Then the system is down. Supposed to be paid before end of month now its maybe end of the week. Its absolutely pathetic
