Bunch of ******* Debiting account after Cancelling

I cancelled my account in November 2014. I was debited every month thereafter even after countless calls and emails. After looking at this website i found that they are *****ing from many people. they are supposed to be in the security business but they are the biggest *******!!! i want all my money back that was debited as well as bank charges.
