Breach of contract

My contract is planned for termination end of June 2018.

At the start of June my alarm was triggered. Nor myself or my wife was contacted by the control room as expected and we found this out on returning home. After contacting Chubb I was informed that the reason for not being contacted was due to an admin lady cancelling my contract at the end of May. It is now the end of June and after numerous attempts to get Chubb to resolve the problem they have not done so. This means that for a complete month we have had no security protection / cover whenever an alarm was triggered.

Pathetic service. Pathetic response time. Pathetic at problem resolution and customer feedback.
